The concierge was extremely helpful with providing directions and recommendations for nearby activities. The hotel is located near beautiful scenery and easily accessible transportation. the beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.
The hotel seemed to be in need of some upkeep, with scuff marks and stains present throughout the rooms and halls. The bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly, and the onsen was not up to standard.

During our recent romantic escape, we enjoyed the tranquil serenity of this charming Japanese-style hotel. We loved the traditional tatami flooring and shoji paper screens which added to the authentic experience. the peaceful countryside surroundings and the warm hospitality of the staff added to the relaxing ambiance. the delicious breakfast, complete with fresh fruits, Japanese rice, and fresh fish, was a delightful start to our day.
The hotel showed signs of being outdated and poorly maintained. the carpeting had stains that were unsightly, the musty smell in the hallway was overwhelming, and the onsen was not as hot as we had expected.
